Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must include the original packaging and tags
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, Jewelry and Make It A Match sets are final sale

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Prepare Your Package: Include the original invoice and mark whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Ship It Back:
    • Domestic returns: Use the prepaid label included in your package
    • International returns: Ship via your preferred carrier to our Seattle warehouse (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
  3. Wait for Processing: We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival)

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Note: International transactions may take additional 2-3 days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color of those stunning Ballerinas or Platforms?

  1. Follow the standard return process indicating “Exchange” on your form
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)
