We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Steve Madden pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t perfect, our easy return process will have you sorted faster than you can say “Where are my Platforms?”
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- All Jewelry
- Make It A Match sets
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
- Prepare Your Package:
- Include the original invoice
- Clearly mark whether you want a refund or exchange
- For exchanges, include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- Ship It Back:
- Domestic returns: Use the prepaid label included in your package ($7.95 will be deducted from your refund)
- International returns: Ship via your preferred carrier to our Seattle warehouse (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
- Wait for Processing:
- We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival)
- Refunds process within 3-5 business days after approval
Refund Information
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: International transactions may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
Exchange Process
